Tibetan herbal Foot Soaks are helpful for relieving pain anywhere in the body, including joint pain, neuropathy, headaches, insomnia, fibromyalgia, painful/irregular menstruation and more!
The herbs in our soaks are sourced directly from small farms in Tibet and China and are part of a growing movement, benefiting small farmers bringing the best, highest quality herbs directly to our Acupuncture clinic - and to you! The small company helping us get out herbs dedicates part of their profits to a Tibetan orphanage.
Tibetan Foot Soak Directions:
For external use only!
Use under the advice/direction of a licensed acupuncturist/herbalist.
Place one foot soak herb bag(s) in large pot of water. Bring to boil, then simmer for 30 minutes (covered to keep water from evaporating). Pour into a foot soak basin and add warm water till water covers feet/ankles).
Gradually raise the temperature of water to your ability to tolerate it: between 99 degrees - 109 degrees. (Some people can tolerate up to 115 degrees.) Soak feet for 20-30 min.
Toward the end of the soak, you should be perspiring.
You may reuse the same Soak for up to 3 days.
Soak feet 1-2 times per day for 10 day daily. Then every 2-3 days for 20 days.
Do not use if: on blood thinners, open wounds, pregnant.

Ingredients: Du Yi Wei (Sanguisorbae root), Zang Chang Pu (Tibetan Acori Calami), Zang Hong Hua (Tibetan Saffron), Qiang Huo (Noptergium incisium root), Ai Ye (Mugwort), Sheng Jiang (Ginger), Ku Shen (Saphora root).
